Implementation of OTP on New Marketing and Utility Category Templates on Broadcast Menu

Currently, there is an OTP code implementation in the creation of New Template Messages for the Marketing and Utility category options in the Broadcast Mekari Qontak Omnichannel menu. This implementation aims to increase security in the Template Message that has been created so that there is no inappropriate or illegal content. See the complete steps below.

  1. Log in to your Qontak Omnichannel Account.
  2. Select the Broadcast menu, then click "Template message".

  5. Then fill in the Template name as in the following example.

  6. Then select the Marketing or Utility category.

  7. Next, determine the language to be used.

  9. Then on the following page, determine Template languages. Select the language to be used for the template. You can use 1 language. If the content contains 2 languages, then you can create 2 different template content.

  10. Next, fill in the Media Content section. Select the media (Image, Video, Document) that will be used as the message banner. Click “Add Sample” to add a sample template to one or all of the languages ​​you send to Broadcast. Be sure not to include actual user information, and provide only sample content in your example.

    This field can be filled in optionally.

  11. Then fill in the message that will appear as a Broadcast message. You can write a template here with a maximum of 1024 characters.

    - There are bold, italics, and strikethrough formats.
    - + Add Variable is a variable parameter to replace the variable with the customer name, product name, URL, shipping service, etc.
    - An example template for a variable can be seen in See Example.

  12. Then, optionally, add an Interactive Message.

    You can add buttons to create contextual conversations with interactive formats such as:
    - Quick Reply.
    - Call To Action (Phone Number).
    - Call To Action (URL).

  13.  After that, click “Submit”.

    Important
    If you click "Submit", then the message template that has been created cannot be edited again.

  14. Then a notification will appear to fill in the OTP code. Check your email and copy the OTP code listed in the email. Then fill in the code in the following column and click "Verify".
  15. Next, the following information will appear indicating that the Template has been sent and is being checked. Click “Ok, got it” to continue.

    In this case, Approval on the Template message that you have created will be sent via your email or you can also check the Approval status on the Template list page.
