- Impact:
- There may be interruptions to the Mekari Qontak website login activity.
- Some menus in Company Settings will be constrained.
If you and your team plan to use Mekari Qontak at that time, please Log In early before the specified time.

- Saturday, 16 September 2023 at 00.00 - 03.00 WIB in the morning
- Impact for Qontak CRM users:
- CRM menu will not be accessible during the process.
- With this performance improvement, there will be a change in the IP Address of Mekari Qontak CRM. If you are Whitelisting any company IP Addresses, we encourage you to immediately add the new Mekari Qontak IP Addresses, 149.129.195.216 and 149.129.194.207 and not delete the old IP Addresses.
- Additional impact for Qontak CRM users who integrate with Qontak Chat:
- Auto deal or ticket creation process, auto save contact and auto resolve deal will be delayed.
- Chatbot will be delayed.
