Mekari Qontak will schedule performance upgrades on 14 and 21 October 2023. Here are some points to note:
1. Saturday, 14 October 2023 at 23:00 - 00:00 WIB
- There may be constraints on Chat using Telegram, Tokopedia, Web Chat, Line and FB Messenger channel integration during the process.
- Reply Chatbot will experience a delay and we estimate that it will be sent again at a predetermined time.
2. Saturday, 21 October 2023 at 00:00 - 03:00 WIB
The process will be carried out at 00:00 - 01:00 WIB and at that time all Qontak Omnichannel features cannot be used. We aim to be able to gradually return to normal at 03:00 WIB.
Impact for Qontak Omnichannel users who use APIs
- Chats via META channels (WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram) will experience a slowdown and will be automatically resent at 03:00 WIB.
- For those of you who use the integration to send OTP, during this time period the OTP sending will be constrained and will be automatically resent at 03:00 WIB.
- All API integrations cannot be accessed.
- For users who have logged in, an error notification will appear.
Impact for Qontak Chatbot users
- Reply Chatbot will be delayed and estimated to be sent again at 03:00.
Impact for Qontak CRM Integration users
- WhatsApp notification cannot be used.
- The process of moving Stage Tickets/Deals and Auto Resolved from Qontak CRM to Qontak Omnichannel and vice versa will experience a slowdown and we estimate that it will return to normal at 03:00 WIB.

If you apply Whitelist to Mekari Qontak IP Address, then you need to add the latest Mekari Qontak IP Address and not delete the old IP Address, here is the latest IP Address:
